Oh my god this pizza!!!! Where do I begin!!! Firstly it’s even BETTER than Franco Manca! Why Franco Manca is so famous and Francesco’s isn’t (yet) is beyond me! I ordered the mixed cheese pizza as I am a Quattro Frommagi fan and it was DELICIOUS. Absolutely 10/10. So much cheese, not used sparingly. The dough was light and the sourdough tasted unbelievable.
